Brilliant, as expected. Although I was tiring of reading about Horace Walpole early on, the first and last essays (“The Death of the Moth” and “Thoughts on Peace in an Air Raid”) were more than enough to make up for stuffy Horace and his crowd. I also enjoyed the Henry James section. Woolf fans will probably like this collection, I know.
